Zayo is seeking a Senior Physical Security Systems and Tools Analyst to be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining security systems and tools designed to protect physical assets and premises. The Senior Physical Security Systems and Tools Analyst role involves assessing the effectiveness of existing security measures and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and project management experience are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize integrated physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.

  • Utilize ServiceNow for integrating physical security data and processes into the overall Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework.

  • Employ strong data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights from security-related data.

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for visualizing key security metrics.

  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to enhance and optimize security monitoring and incident response capabilities.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of physical security incident response plans.

  • Provide solutions to complex problems and participate in investigations and remediation efforts as needed.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to physical security systems configurations, integrations, and processes.

  • Provide training to SOC personnel on the integration and operation of physical security systems.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for relevant technology stacks.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within physical security integrations and contribute to ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • (7) + years of proven experience in the security space required.

  • Exhibits advanced wide-ranging knowledge of systems such as ServiceNow, CCURE and ExactVision.

  • Strong background in data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau.

  • In-depth knowledge of Security Operations Center operations, procedures, and protocols.

  • Expertise in security incident response and investigation processes.

  • Proficiency in configuring and integrating physical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization for security operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven experience managing projects related to physical security systems integration.

Base pay range: $136,900 - $160,000, commensurate with experience
