We are accepting applicants for an Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience of increasing responsibility, and experience with stormwater construction management or wet utility construction management. Candidate should possess a comprehension of construction processes, and proficiency in managing budgetary finances and tracking, alongside communication skills at an advanced level.
Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Project Manager:- Perform scope of work reviews on approved construction projects.
- Review subcontractor proposals and align with logistical efficiencies.
- Review project financials under project manager oversight.
- Track and document missing project costs.
- Assist in developing change order requests for projects.
- Review and update work completion reports.
- Actively develop your own career growth.

What we're looking for:- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 6 years experience in stormwater construction or related fields.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
- Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
