Job Description

As a part time Receptionist, you would be responsible for welcoming employees and visitors at CONMED. We are seeking someone positive, high energy, detailed oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent experience to our employees, leadership team, and vendors.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and direct employee, vendor and candidate traffic.
  • Help drive Human Resource focused campaigns, engagement activities and site events.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence employees at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain positive partnerships with on-site employees, leaders, and vendors
  • Office organization and support including but not limited to:
    • Restock the break room
    • Restock supplies
    • Check and distribute mail
    • Submit work orders
  • Take ownership of ad hoc organizational duties and tasks based on manager and business needs such as calendar management, reserve meeting rooms and order office supplies and materials.
  • Serve as the link between Facilities Management at other CONMED sites & our Denver-site, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional experiences or internships preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Travel: 0-20%

This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $25.00. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, workexperience,educationandskill level. The hourly pay rate range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
