The Clinical Education Specialist job description is in alignment with the Association of Nurses in Professional Development (ANPD). ANPD is the practice and thought leader for nursing professional development and the specialty practice organization upon which education specialists base their professional activities. ANPD has identified six core standards of practice on which this job description was heavily influenced: competency management, education, role development, orientation/onboarding, research/EBP/QI, and collaborative partnerships.

As a Clinical Education Specialist at our beautiful South Campus nestled near the foothills in Highlands Ranch, CO, you will support the educational needs of team members working in Pre-Op/PACU as well as in the Operating Room. You will be an integral part of the team ensuring that essential skills are kept up-to-date, helping to support onboarding and orientation needs, leading initiatives around role development, and more! The South Campus Perioperative Services team performs approximately 3500 surgeries per year within these specialties ENT, Urology, Ortho, Plastics, and General Surgery. Salary Information
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $97,718.13 to $146,577.19Benefits Information
